1. Who we are
This website (techboxsoftware.com) is operated by Tech Box LLC (“Tech Box”, “we”, “us”), registered at Verin Antarayin 136/3, Yerevan, Armenia. 2. What data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

We do not collect special-category data and ask that you do not include it in form submissions.
3. Google reCAPTCHA
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses hardware and software information (such as device and application data and IP address) to distinguish humans from bots. This data is sent to Google LLC and may be processed in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you prefer not to use reCAPTCHA, contact us by email or phone instead.
4. Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar storage:
- Essential — remembering your cookie choice and your theme preference (
tb-cookie-consent,tb-theme, stored in your browser's local storage for 12 months), and reCAPTCHA's own security cookies. These cannot be switched off because the site does not work without them. - Analytics — set only if you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner. We use them to understand which pages are useful. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site; the banner will reappear.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with processors who help us run the site and respond to you: our hosting provider (EU/US data centres), our email provider, Google (reCAPTCHA and, with consent, analytics) and our CRM. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data and never share it for third-party marketing.
6. International transfers
Tech Box operates as a distributed team. When you contact us, your data may be processed by our staff and processors in countries other than your own, including the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards for these transfers. Contact us to request a copy.
7. How long we keep data
Enquiries and proposal requests are kept for 24 months after our last contact, or for the duration of a contract plus the statutory retention period if you become a client. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California's CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email privacy@techboxsoftware.com. We respond within 30 days and never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Form submissions are transmitted to our servers over HTTPS, verified with reCAPTCHA, and stored with access limited to staff who need it. We apply the same engineering practices we sell: least privilege, patching, logging and regular review.
10. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be announced on this page. This version is effective from 4 September 2026.
